Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:36 PM, Troopers arrested Bryan Calderon, age 26, of 315 Elmwood Avenue Apt 4A, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or subsequent offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 12:49 AM, Troopers arrested Marcos Cruz, age 38, of 70 Putnam Street Apt 1A, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:58 AM, Troopers arrested Daniel Mayo, age 46, of 670R Boswell Avenue, Norwich, Connecticut, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty; 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. The Subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 3:14 AM, Troopers arrested Eliezer Martinez, age 37, of 485 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – 2nd Offense; 2.) Driving After Denial/Revocation/Suspended – Certain Violations – 1st Offense; 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 2nd Offense; 4.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License- 4th Offense. The Subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.
