At 9:55 A.M., Troopers arrested Collin Dionne, age 19, of 175 Austin Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Felony Assault by Use of Device Similar in Appearance to a Firearm and; 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Trooper locating a BOLO vehicle who brandished a firearm, and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Frenchtown Road in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and transported to Third Division District Court.
At 11:18PM, Troopers arrested Aiden Clarkin, age 24, of 36 Beauchamp Drive, Saunderstown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138, in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
