Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Thursday September 10, 2026, at 11:43 PM, Troopers arrested Bolivar Torres, age 72, of 66 Melissa Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs BAC Unknown 1st Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit Chemical Test 1st offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. Torres was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.

On Friday September 11, 2026, at 12:49 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Torres, age 38, of 489 Chapel Street, Harrisville, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I V Controlled Substance – Greater than 10 grams (Crack Cocaine), 2.) Possession of Schedule I V Controlled Substance Less than 10 grams (Fentanyl), 3.) Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of New York on the charges of Robbery (2 counts), Domestic Strangulation (2 counts), Domestic Assault (2 counts), 4.) Superior Court Hold without Bail Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Possession of a Schedule I V Controlled Substance, 5.) Superior Court Hold without Bail 32(f) Filed Technical Violation Bench Warrant originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department for Domestic Violence Simple Assault, 6.) Superior Court Hold without Bail 32(f) Filed Technical Violation Bench Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Possession of a Schedule I V Controlled Substance 7.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly, 8.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Reckless Eluding and Obstruction. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Torres was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
