On Friday September 11, 2026, at 11:15 AM, Troopers arrested Eddie Lee, age 64, of 982 Branch Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for Domestic Violence and Vandalism 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Johnston Police locating Lee who was transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday September 11, 2026, at 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Gary Carter, age 59, of 24 Ann Street, Floor 2, New Haven, Connecticut, for Receiving stolen goods greater than $1,500. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 North, in the City of Providence. Carter was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Friday September 11, 2026, at 9:43 PM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey Kenney, Age 45, of 527 High Street, 1st Floor, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less (Methamphetamine) and 2.) Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Blood Results Pending). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Roosevelt Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Kenney was transported to Fatima Hospital for evaluation, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Saturday September at 12:07 AM, Troopes arrested Sandy Rodriguez Nolasco, Age 29, of 15 Amory Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Leaving the scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of an investigation into a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Route 10 in the City of Providence and Troopers subsequently locating Rodriguez Nolasco at his residence. Rodriguez Nolasco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released pending a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Saturday September 12, 2026, at 3:41 AM, Troopers arrested Nancy Sanchez, Age 36, of 1011 Dexter Street, Apartment 2, Central Falls, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .15 or Greater-First Offense (Phase I: .205% and Phase II: .207%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Sanchez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was held pending morning arraignment.
