LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Pawtucket Police Department arrested Jamal Monteiro, age 41, LKA of 171 Japonica Street - Second Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Rhode Island Parole Board Warrant for Violation of Parole on the original charge of Armed Robbery, and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Sex Offender Registration Violation. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Monteiro was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
On September 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Special Victims Unit assisted by the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Isaac Rosario, age 21, of 821 Potters Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Bail Jumping, and 2.) Committing a Felony While on Release. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Special Victims Unit and Mr. Rosario being located by the Violent Fugitive Task Force in the State of New York. Mr. Rosario was arraigned in Sixth Division District Court and held without bail.
