On Wednesday September 16, 2026, at 8:52 AM, Troopers arrested Davie Martinez, age 45, of 2550 W Shore Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor BAC Unknown First Offense, originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal in the City of Cranston to take custody of Martinez. Martinez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday September 16, at 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Omillionna Wilson, age 18, of 128 Broadway, Apt. 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Bench Warrant on the original charge of Possession of Stolen Parts, originating out of Family Court. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Wilson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake Center.
On Thursday September 17, 2026, at 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Armando Ortega, age 30, of 918 N Hawthorne Road, Marion, Indiana, for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Assault and or Battery originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Allens Avenue in the City of Providence. Ortega was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
On Thursday September 17, 2026,, at 2:59 AM, Troopers arrested Naomi Ramsdell, age 38, of 58 Edgemere Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Scheduled I V Controlled Substance 10 grams to 1ounce (Fetinal) First Offense, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs B.A.C Unknown First Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit Chemical Breath Test First Offense. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Moulton Lane in the City of Providence. Ramsdell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
