Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Thursday September 17, 2026, at 2:40 PM, Troopers arrested Jyesenia Ohagan, age 22, of 65 Russo Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles. This arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Ohagan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Woman's Intake Service Center.

On Thursday September 17, 2026, at 2:40 PM, Troopers arrested Johnny Crespo, age 24, of 65 Russo Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles. This arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Crespo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.

On Thursday September 17, 2026, at 2:40 PM, Troopers arrested Allen Marks, age 35, of 219 Avenue C, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Marks was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.

On Friday September 18, 2026, at 2:05 AM, Troopers arrested Manuel Medeiros, age 46, of 242 Weir Street Apartment 2, Taunton, Massachusetts, for Possession of Scheduled I-V Controlled Substance – Less Than 10 Grams (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Medeiros was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
