At 12:45 PM, Troopers arrested Winston Kallon, age 20, of 124 Waverly Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Larceny > 5,000 and 10,000, 2.) Bank Fraud and 3.) Two Counts Fraudulent Check > 1,500, The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper's and subsequently locating Kallon at his residence. Kallon was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned at Third Division District Court.
