On Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 3:25 PM, troopers arrested John Dagraca, age 45, of 9 Appleton Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
On Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:40 AM, troopers arrested Jonathan Barnes, age 28, of 2 Main Street, Apartment 2, Albion, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the original charge of Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 North in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Coventry Police Department.
On Friday, September 18, 2026, at 2:48 AM, troopers arrested Jamir Vernet, age 22, of 17 Wyman Street, Unit 1, Stoughton, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 6 East in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
