At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Devon Brown, age 35, of 141 Olo Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Brown was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
