On Saturday September 19, 2026, at 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Katherine Guerrero, age 45, of 1430 Swatara St. Apt. 2, Swansea, Mass for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs BAC Unknown 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal To Submit to Chemical Test 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Henrietta Street, in the City of Providence. Guerrero was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, special arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Saturday September 19, 2026, at 3:20 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Corry, age 38, homeless, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Duty to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to Motor Vehicle. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and members of the Warwick Police Department subsequently locating Corry in the City of Warwick. Corry was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
