At 9:37 AM, Troopers arrested Kasara Borden, age 38, of 100 Wayne Street, Providence, RI, for Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violation – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ashburton Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and arraigned/presented as a probation violator by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 11:35 PM, Troopers arrested Eduardo Diaz, age 37, of 45 Bancroft Street, Providence, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.192 & Phase II: 0.181). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 10 South, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 11:59 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Goncalves, age 20, of 652 Main Street Apartment 2, Pawtucket, RI, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on George Street, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Eliseo Robinson, age 25, of 210 Bellevue Avenue, 2nd Floor, Providence, RI, for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault and/or Battery and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a domestic disturbance on Douglas Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
