At 1:18 AM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Correia, age 51, of 167 Windmill Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Royal Little Drive in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
At 1:38 AM, Troopers arrested Jarysol Berroa, age 45, of 120 Bridgham Street, FL 3, Providence, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense; 2.) Reckless Driving, 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense, and 4.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a wrong-way driver on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she refused processing and was held overnight pending morning arraignment at 6th Division District Court.
