At 9:23 PM, Troopers arrested Roland Morgan, age 43, of 360 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order – Third Offense; 2.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less; 3.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited; and 4.) Driving With Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
