At 8:30 AM, members of the Auto Theft Task Force arrested Christopher Paquin, age 46, of 200 Mayfield Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. The arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Task Force and Mr. Paquin surrendering himself at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Mr. Paquin was processed then turned over to Third Division District Court where he was granted $1,000 surety bail by Magistrate Ippolito and later presented as a Superior Court probation violator.
On Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Stacey Marfeo, age 56, of 38 Linwood Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island for Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a larceny investigation at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort conducted by members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit and securing an arrest warrant. Ms. Marfeo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released with a future arraignment date at Third District Court.
