At 10:27 AM, Troopers arrested Huascar Rivas, age 29, of 123 Stanwood Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving after Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Milford Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.
At 3:42 PM, Troopers Shawn Thompson, age 36, of 74 Lancashire Street, Apartment #2, Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Embezzlement and Fraud Conversion – Greater than $100.00 and 2.) Larceny – Greater than $5,000.00 less than $10,000 originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Mr. Thompson was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
