On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:01 PM, troopers arrested Paul Depina-Rodenas, age 27, of 28 Hilton Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Assault of a Health Care Provider, originating out the Rhode Island State Police – Hope Valley Barracks. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Police – Headquarters, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake.
