On Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 11:35 AM, Troopers arrested Entony Toribio, age 38, of 177 Georgia Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle; and 2.) Driving With Expired or Without License Fourth or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Toribio was located by the Cranston Police Department, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 1:27 PM, Troopers, arrested Christian Lorenzo Irizarry, age 43, of 3 Little Avenue, Holyoke, Massachusetts, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for three counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses Under $1,500, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the City of North Providence. Irizarry was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
On Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 6:19 PM, Troopers, arrested Kaidon Jarone Francois, age 20, of 280 Admiral Street Apartment 280, Providence, Rhode Island, for Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Francois was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
On Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 7:11 PM, Troopers arrested Ashley Dicenzo, age 38, of 63 Hoover Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence Simple Assault and 2.) Domestic Violence Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. Dicenzo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a Third Division District Court arraignment date.

Petraca was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a Third Division District Court arraignment date.
On Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 9:58 AM, Troopers, arrested Nicholas Beaumont, age 21, of 106 June Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Goods, originating out of Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Beaumont was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
