At 8:50 AM, Troopers arrested Ziyha Briggs, age 20, of 21 Metcalf Marsh Drive, North Smithfield, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Larceny > $1,500 and 1,500, and 3.) Bank Fraud. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and Briggs subsequently turning herself in at the Wickford Barracks. Briggs was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment where she was be presented as a bail violator.
