At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Victor Carreras Hernandez, age 54, of 595 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Division of Motor Vehicles in the City of Cranston and taking the subject into custody. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:12 PM, Troopers arrested Kassondra Benonisen, age 28, of 195 Main Street, Blackstone, Massachusetts for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense and 2.) Operating on a Suspended License – 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Putnam Pike in the Town of Smithfield. The subject transported to State Police – Headquarters, where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court where she will be presented as a probation violator.
