On Thursday September 24, 2026, at 6:10 PM, Troopers arrested Abigail Mensah, age 21, of 735 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, BAC .10 to .15 First Offense (Phase I: 0.129% & Phase II 0.124%) and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on the original charge of Reckless Driving out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Mensah was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Friday September 25, 2026, at 12:34 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Palmisciano age 65, of 555 Veazie Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Beulah Street in the City of Providence. Palmisciano was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Friday September 25, 2026, at 12:36 AM, Troopers arrested Kyanna Jimenez age 25, of 199 Woodhaven Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Jimenez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Service Center.
