The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Adult Correctional Institution Special Investigations Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit. Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order - 2nd Offense. Mr. Brown was arraigned at Third District Court by Magistrate Joseph Ippolito Jr. where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI to finish a five (5) year sentence for Felony Assault.
