On Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 1:46 AM, Troopers arrested Jake Correia, age 37 of 507 Alden Street, Fall River, Massachusetts for, 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a Trooper witnessing a hit and run accident, and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a future Third District Court re-arraignment date.
