On Tuesday September 29, 2026, at 8:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jayson Rosario, age 25, of 157 Armington Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Vandalism and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Rosario turned himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Rosario was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday September 29, 2026, at 12:49 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Drepaul, age 44, of 120 Gaulin Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a disturbance in the cell block at Sixth Division District Court in the City of Providence. Drepaul was processed and arraigned at Sixth Division District Court.
On Tuesday September 29, 2026, at 12:49 PM, Troopers arrested Alfredo Balestier Sanchez, age 45, of 394 3rd Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a disturbance in the cell block at Sixth Division District Court in the City of Providence. Sanchez was processed and arraigned at Sixth Division District Court.
On Tuesday September 29, 2026, at 7:43 PM, Troopers arrested Frasier Caron, age 26, of 1616 Victory Highway, Glendale, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a car fire on Route 95 South, in the City of Pawtucket. Caron was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Tuesday September 29, 2026, at 7:51 PM, Troopers arrested John Kowalewski, Age 49, of 10 Spruce Avenue, Floor 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Domestic Vandalism. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Lincoln Woods State Park in the Town of Lincoln for a disturbance. Kowalewski was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a Third Division District Court arraignment date.
