On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kyle DaSilva, age 40, last know address of 70 Washington Street, Apt 2E, Bristol, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Warren Police Department for 1) Breaking and Entering (Dwelling). The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. DaSilva was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warren Police Department on scene.
On September 29, 2026, at approximately 12:15 PM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Logan Palmer, age 41, last know address Jackie Brannon Correctional Center, McAlester, Oklahoma as a fugitive from justice on an Oklahoma Department of Corrections Warrant for Escape on original charge of 1st Degree Child Molestation. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Palmer was taken into custody and turned directly over to the Providence Police Department for his arraignment as a Fugitive from Justice.
At 12:30 PM, members of the Auto Theft Task Force arrested Brian Weiczorek, age 50, of 160 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Larceny Under $1,500; 2) Receiving Stolen Goods Under $1,500; and 3) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on an original charge of Larceny originating out of East Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Task Force. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks then later Fatima Hospital where he was presented as a Superior Court Probation violator and turned over to the custody of the Rhode Island Division of Sheriffs pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
