ARREST: 2026-061988 LOCATION: RICHMOND
At 6:41 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Abrahan Torre Camacho, age 25, NKA, of Bronx, New York, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty; 2.) Fugitive from Justice out of Brevard County Florida for Organized Retail Theft; 3.) and Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Virginia for Theft Over 1,000 with Intent to Sell. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court where he will be presented as a fugitive from justice.
