At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Niah Cummings, age 30, of 65 Newark Street FL 1, Providence, RI, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Franklin Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Maximo Berroa, age 31, of 2 Mount Vernon Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – Third Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense, and 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 to .15, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Franklin Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the ACI Men's Intake pending morning arraignment at Superior Court.
At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Helluva Brown, age 34, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Cocaine)- less than 10 grams. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Franklin Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 1:02 AM, Troopers arrested Brittany Donohue, Age 41, of 82 Pawtuxet Avenue, Apartment 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later transported to Fatima Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
At 1:41 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua Coope, Age 26, of 1 Bayberry Court, Mystic, Connecticut, for 1.) 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator on Route 195, in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
