On Thursday, October 2, 2026 at 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Flowers, age 32, of 20 Delway Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
On Thursday, October 2, 2026 at 10:12 PM, Troopers arrested Marco Martinez Cabrera, age 40, of 214 S Marshall Street, Graham, North Carolina, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .10 - .15 (Phase I: .140%, Phase II: .137%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Fourth Division District Court.
