At 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ablaye Lo, DOB: 10/10/2004, of 236 Central Ave, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods - greater than $1500 and 2.) Driving With Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Lo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Service Center.
