At 10:10 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Tanon, age 44, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I - V Narcotic. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Tanon was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute.
At 2:15 AM, Troopers arrested Charles Krajewski, age 23, of 100 Rosewood Drive, Taunton, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Krajewski was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
