Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:29 AM, Troopers arrested Garnett Griffith, age 58, of 26 Harkness Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 2:04 PM, Troopers arrested Tawayne Harris, age 42, of 754 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving – 1st Offense; 2) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle; 3) Driving With Suspended License – 4th Offense; and 4) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License – 4th Offense, originating out of the Rhode Island State Police – Traffic Safety Unit. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the ACI Men's Intake.

At 3:18 PM, Troopers arrested Zachary Hulevitch, age 34, of 15 Sherman Road, Enfield, Connecticut, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V Less than 10 grams (Oxycodone) and 2.) Possession of Schedule I-V Less than 10 grams (Alprazolam). This arrest was the result of a Damaged Motor Vehicle on Route 146 in the City of North Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future arraignment date at Sixth Division District Court.

At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Isaiah Serena, age 30, of 12 Walnut Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future arraignment date at Sixth Division District Court
