On Sunday October 4, 2026, at 12:55 PM, Troopers arrested Louis Whitehead, age 46, of 131 Greeley Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Manufacturing with Intent to Deliver Schedule I-II Controlled Substance First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Orms Street, in the City of Providence. Whitehead was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
On Sunday October 4, 2026, at 4:44 PM, Troopers arrested Tyrin Bridges age 31, of 594 Charles Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety First Offense, 2.) Driving with Expired or Without License Fourth and Subsequent Offense, 3.) Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of Lincoln Police Department for Larceny and Conspiracy, and 4.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Bridges was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Third Division District Court.
On Monday October 5, 2026, at 12:23 AM, Troopers arrested Shaquille Cooper, age 33, of 296 Sayles Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Felony Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Peace Street, in the City of Providence. Cooper was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
On Monday October 5, 2026, at 12:07 AM, Troopers arrested Daniel L. Parrilla Jr., age 31, of 118 Hanover Street, Apartment 2R, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer and 2.) Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Orms Street, in the City of Providence. Parrilla was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
On Monday October 5, 2026, at 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Timothy Vanbever, age 60, of 260 Pawtucket Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Vanbever was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
