On Monday October 5, 2026, at 8:18 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Nani, Age 24, of 56 Norfolk Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: .164% and Phase II: .171%). This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. Nani was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Monday October 5, 2026, at 11:27 PM, Troopers arrested Philip Fernandez, age 36, of 51 Malvern Street, Apt 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Resisting Legal Arrest. This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Providence Police with a pedestrian stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Fernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
