ARREST: 2026-063647 LOCATION: WEST GREENWICH
At 1:24 AM, Troopers arrested Charles Smith, age 56, of 99 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V Less than 10 grams (Methamphetamine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future arraignment date at Third Division District Court.
