On October 5, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Michael Ebiwa, age 38, of 81 Berkley Street, Apt. 2, Providence for 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver One Ounce to One Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine and 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine. The arrest was the result of search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Ebiwa was returned to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI Intake facility pending his 6th District Court arraignment in the morning.
On October 5, 2026, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged inmate Viosa Mardjekaj, age 55, of 221 251st Street, Bronx, New York, as a Fugitive From Justice out of Delaware on a charge of Identity Theft. Arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the ACI Investigations Unit. Ms. Mardjekaj was transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment where she refused to waive extradition and was issued $50,000 double surety bail by Magistrate Ippolito.
On October 5, 2026, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged inmate Mykel Woodall, age 27, of 83 Highland Falls Drive, Hiram, Georgia, as a Fugitive From Justice out of New York on a charge of Grand Larceny. Arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Woodall was transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment where he waived extradition and was granted $25,000 double surety bail by Magistrate Ippolito.
