On Tuesday October 6, 2026 at 1:41 AM, Troopers arrested Lucas Garcia Ajqui, Age 38, of 59 Wilson Street, Providence Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Garcia Ajqui was processed at the Lincoln Woods, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
