ARREST: 2026-063510 LOCATION: RICHMOND
At 2:10 PM, Troopers arrested Crystal A. Pestana, age 40, of 103 Overbrook Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Hope Valley Barracks for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation > 10,000 and 2.) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation, and Ms. Pestana turning herself in at the Hope Valley Barracks. Ms. Pestana was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
ARREST: 2025-116684 LOCATION: COVENTRY
At 8:03 PM, Troopers arrested David Gremour, age 60, of 10173 N Suncoast Boulevard, Lot 238, Crystal River, Florida for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Coventry Police Department locating Gremour. Gremour was transported to the State Police- Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a Probation Violator.
ARREST: 2026-063316 LOCATION: RICHMOND
At 10:03 PM, Troopers arrested Dennis Plante, age 62, of 3505 Minnow Creek Drive, Hernando Beach, Florida, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Failure to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Kingstown Road, in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
