At 5:38 PM, Troopers arrested Osbert Duoa, age 32, of 110 Benedict Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Duoa was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 11:31 PM, Troopers arrested Jessica DiRocco, age 34, of 10 Carriage Way, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 in the City of Providence. DiRocco was transported to State Police – Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
