At 5:28 PM, Troopers arrested Shawn L Herlihy, age 20, of 9 Arthur Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of Coventry. Herlihy was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
At 5:28 PM, Trooper arrested Lindsey R Plante, age 21, of 26 Edith Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of Coventry. Plante was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 10:06 PM, Troopers arrested Charles Smith, age 56, of 99 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for 1.) Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Smith's residence. Smith was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Facility.
