At 10:32 PM, Troopers arrested Vincent Cozzo, age 58, of 560 South Road, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense, 3.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine), and 4.) Driving With Suspended/Cancelled/Revoked License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Cozzo was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
