At 9:35 PM, Troopers arrested Ian Grant, age 41, of 1373 Smith Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a disturbance on Route 95, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District court where he will be presented as a probation violator.
At 11:06 PM, Troopers arrested Owen Filion, age 35, of 114 Parkway Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – Second Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 2:16 AM, Troopers arrested Abraham Montufar, age 47, of 11 Estate Drive, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .15 or Greater – Second Offense (Phase I: 0.162, Phase II: 0.175), and 2.) Altering/Tampering/Circumventing Operation of Ignition Interlock System. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District court where he will be presented as a probation violator.
