On Monday October 12, 2026, at 2:45 PM, Troopers arrested Joell Almeida age 30 of 18 Winthrop Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pine Street in the City of Central Falls. Almeida was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center.
