On Monday, October 12, 2026 at 1:28 PM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Jocelyn Roig, age 33, of 10 Garfield Ave, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a probation violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute-Woman's Intake Center pending morning arraignment at Fourth District Court.
