At 2:06 AM, Troopers arrested Yesster Cabrera Alfonso, age 26, of 210 Sackett Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the charge of Arson, Fourth Degree originating from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
