On Saturday, October 17, at 1:30 PM, troopers arrested Glen Daignault, age 64, of 650 Fairmount Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original Charge of Possession of Schedule I-V, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Front Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake.
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 1:10 AM, troopers arrested Jared Joseph, age 35, of 183 Highland Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order – 3rd + Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail and probation violator.
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 3:48 AM, troopers arrested Victor Fernandez, age 32, of 12 Carver Street, Providence, Rhode Island for r 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a crash alert on Route 99 North in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court Date.
