On Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 7:05 PM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Jeffrey Hayward, age 23, of 30 Fox Trail, Mashantucket, Connecticut, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
