On Friday, October 16, 2026, at approximately 5:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Louis Sinapi, age 64, last know address of 15 S. Fairview Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for a Rhode Island Parole Board Warrant for Violation of Parole on the original charge of Habitual Offender. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Sinapi was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
