At 11:10 AM, Troopers arrested Jada Milburn, age 26, of 216 Irving Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Domestic Violence-Simple Assault and/or Battery-Second Offense, originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Milburn turning herself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Milburn was then processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Victor N. Clarke, age 65, of 191 Garden Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor-BAC Unknown- Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test-First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street and Portland Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a Future Sixth Division District Court Date.
