At 8:37 AM, Troopers arrested Tarah Berghorn, age 42, of 25B Pine View Lane, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct (Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior). This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a verbal altercation at 568A South County Trail in the Town of Exeter and follow-up investigation at 25B Pine View Lane in the Town of Exeter. Berghorn was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 3:07 PM, Troopers arrested Tammy Silva, age 51, with a last known address of 480 South County Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Willful Trespass. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 480 South County Trail and subsequently locating the subject. Silva was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center where she will be presented in Fourth Division District Court as a 46(g) bail violator.
