On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Justin Brito, age 26, last known address of 666 Prairie Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Stabbing. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Brito was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.
